Fix: Restructure User Navbar Layout for Responsive Design (#1444)
Resolves #1444
This PR improves the layout of the user navbar by making it more responsive and visually clean. Previously, the username and "Get Verified" button appeared side-by-side, causing overflow and poor responsiveness.
What’s Fixed
- Moved GET VERIFIED button below the username if space is insufficient
- Prevents horizontal overflow on zoom or smaller viewports
- Visually balanced design for both Pro and Non-Pro users

Poem
A navbar fresh, with style anew,
Usernames stretch, and badges too.
No more clutter or overflow plight,
Flexes switch from left to right.
A rabbit hops by, with a satisfied cheer—
"Your navbar's clean, the view is clear!"

580-586: Excellent responsive design implementation! The conditional layout logic effectively addresses the PR objectives by preventing horizontal overflow for non-pro users. The approach of using
flex-col items-startto stack elements vertically when!isProis clean and targeted. The max-width adjustments (17.5ch for pro, 18ch for non-pro) are well-reasoned, giving non-pro users slightly more horizontal space since their button will be positioned below rather than alongside the username.
