Right now button to toggle themes says 'App Theme'

I guess It would be better , If the button text is 'Light Theme' and 'Dark Theme' instead of 'App Theme'.

The main idea behind this is to create more than two themes, hence the name App Theme. This idea is still under process. You can read this issue for more reference: https://github.com/Mail-0/Zero/issues/883.
