Gets Forbidden message while trying to download pretrained model

Hi, Maigo I'm trying to utilize a DCASE winning system on Audio Tagging Challenge (https://github.com/multitel-ai/urban-sound-tagging), which uses your work on TALNet as pretrained model. But I'm getting forbidden messages from CMU server, it seems all links that begin with "islpc21.is.cs.cmu.edu" are not working, is there any other way to get the model?

Thanks for your interest in my model!

It appears that the server at CMU has experienced a failure. We'll need to wait for Help Desk to fix it, which may take a week from now.

Hi, I tried to access the link again, but now it will just return "The requested URL was not found on this server." Would you mind checking the server status to see what happened?
