better zoom/scroll experience

Current situation:

  • on mouse wheel the graph is zoomed
  • on mouse click + mouse move the graph is moved

Better experience:

  • on mouse wheel the graph is moved up and down and the zoom stays the same
  • on mouse click + mouse move the graph is moved
  • on cmd + mouse wheel the graph is zoomed
  • also on cmd + plus-key and cmd + minus-key the graph is zoomed as well
