Help users to install Java

Description

As a user of code charta, I want that ccsh helps me install java so that I'm able to use it as fast as possible, without reading a lot of documentation.

Acceptance criteria

• When starting CCSH it's checked if the correct java version is installed
• If not it will prompt the user to install it, if possible install it for the user after asking for permissions
• should be supported for windows and macos
