Move custom views placement in UI

Feature request

Reposition the custom views menu point to the top left next to the "load files" button. Currently the UI is split into three main sections (see screenshot) Top bar (red): more "abstract" settings about the displayed file (upload, screenshot, standard/delta switch, ...) Sub-top bar (blue): settings about the displayed metrics (metric templates, suspicious metrics, ...) Main view (green): interactive view

The custom views allow for saving and uploading of configurations for certain maps. This is more "abstract" and closer related to the upload button or the global configuration menu than to settings about specific metrics.

Therefore, I would intuitively expect it to be in the top bar and not its current position right between metric-specific settings

Description

As a user, I want the UI elements to be logically grouped so that I find every option where I would expect them to be.

Acceptance criteria

• The custom view is moved into a button next to the "upload files" button

Open questions

• When opening the custom view dialogue, there are three buttons at the top right, one for upload, one for download and one for adding a new view: could those three buttons be integrated into the main view instead of being hidden away in this sub-menu?
