Add popup for copying filenames to clipboard

Description

As a user of CodeCharta, I want to copy the filenames of the highest / widest buildings so that i do not have to type every single filename myself. Therefore a popup window should open for further configuring the clipboard output i want.

Acceptance criteria

• [ ] popup window opens
• [ ] popup window has different options for configuring output text:
  • [ ] selection of metrics
  • [ ] selection of metric value treshold

Clipboard text looks approximately like this:
