[FEATURE] nacho notch style top and bottom padding bars
Describe the feature
add settings that have the same functionality as natcho notch, and add the ability to toggle disable override by fullscreen apps (so fullscreen apps cannot display in the space that the black bars occupy)
Why would it be useful to add?
i use natcho notch as i absolutely loathe this new fad of having punch holes and camera bars (i much prefer the old ways of doing things where you would just have a rectangular screen and the camera was in a separate location above the screen, even if that meant the screen would be smaller) however its utility is limited by the fact that it is essentially just an app displaying over other apps (and this does trigger malware detection in some banking apps too), adding its features to iconify would allow you to add the overlay without any failures (i.e. when booting up natcho notch needs to be opened to apply the effect, and if an app is fullscreen it ignores the black bars and just displays over them) and it would also not require iconify to display over other apps, thus no longer causing malware detections by banking apps
Example(s)
this is with the top and bottom bars turned on
this is with them turned off (stock)
the camera hole is not visible in the screenshots but it is right in the middle of the status bar and is very intrusive
these are the settings that i want to be added
