[FEATURE] Light power menu, disabling app drawer and changing position of buttons in navigation panel

Describe the feature

1. Light power menu. Like in PixelXpert, it would complete system light theme.
2. Ability to disable app drawer and just use all apps on home screen, like in MIUI.
3. The ability to change the location of the buttons in the navigation bar, since latest Android 15 QPR2 has lost this ability

Why would it be useful to add?

It would add more customization of android which is limited.
