[FEATURE] Load custom status bar icons from the local filesystem

Describe the feature

It would be great to have the ability to load individual status bar icons and/or icon sets from the local filesystem. This was a feature of the old Xposed Statusbar Mods. Additionally, using that same file format as the old module would be nice.

Why would it be useful to add?

It would allow users to supply custom icon sets easily
