[BUG] Low Priority: Expansion arrow on notifications

Describe the bug

Currently the expansion toggle arrow on notifications isn't affected by the selected notification theme.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. See notification

Expected behavior

Should conform to the selected style of notification. For example by making the grey background of the arrow transparent so it looks like the arrows in quick settings.

• OS: A14 February OTA
• App version: Action build 13cedfc (the one addressing the quick settings text color)
• Magisk/KernelSU: Magisk 27.0

Additional context

Not really that important but it would be nice if this is something that can be fixed easily and thrown in with the next update.
