Adding a task from Action center, makes the app unusable for a few minutes.

1. Adding a task from actioncenter while the app is minimized, doesn't bring up the new task to the list. (you should go to settings and come back to see it.) and then if you close the app, you can't launch it again for the new few minutes.
2. Adding a task from actioncenter while the app is closed, brings the task to the list after you launch the app. but if you close the app, you won't be able to launch it again for the next few minutes.

It's a known issue. But I'm going to keep this issue open
