Describe the bug

RoutedEventArgs is empty when handling the Toggled event of the ToggleSwitch Source and OriginalSource are null

Expected behavior

should have Source and and original source filled ?

minor bug because sender is ok so there is a workaround

Environment

MahApps.Metro version: v3.0.0 b0476
Target Framework: .Net Core 8
