I generated the translatable files as per readthedocs documentation [here](https://github.com/MagusWyvern/malaya-docs/tree/master/docs/locales/ms_MY/LC_MESSAGES), minta nasihat jika cara ini betul atau tidak.

I tried installing using the above changes in the `requirements.txt` file and everything seems to work fine. Tested on Ubuntu-22.04 with Tensorflow 2.15.0, below is me testing the `malaya` library...
