Re-evaluated the "blinking route distance on last few hundred meters" - and it even happens with the new hardware, thus it's most definitely not a problem of CPU capacity.
It's still happening - and today I made another observation that also seems to prove that the "vanishing" resp. blinking route length display is NOT a performance issue: By accident,...
