Elite items in grindstones

Using the grindstone on elite items causes the player to get xp (like normal) but the player can also sell the elite item for full price in the em shop. Normally the item would lose its enchantments and because of that get a much lower selling price. This doesnt happen.

Possible fix: Prevent elite items in grindstone, as anvils does.
