Support Playground packages within Play Store or Playground app without fingerprint

Using Pixel xml, which is thought to display Pixel apps, doesn't work, since there is a fingerprint check. A way to workaround that should be really needed, since users from officially-supported phones won't need any longer to sproof the fingerprint to display the packages.
