Song Tier Reporting for EN Accounts

With the new addition of score tiering, it'd be nice if there was a way to add that ranking when reporting. We can do it currently with token events, however not on other events. I think this is most likely because the JP version of these events didn't have these rankings, but it'd be nice to just keep the data of everything in one place.
