Not working with macOS High Sierra

It seems not to work anymore with macOS High Sierra (see attached Screenshot).

I tried it again with the latest "Install macOS High Sierra.app". Now I got this: screen shot 2017-10-08 at 21 34 21 Output is "RecoveryPartitionInstaller-10.13.pkg" which has a size of 98KB.
