Update sources to their latest versions seen on the workshop builds

The latest Gmod version is a personalized one that both Mr Lazy and Upset did, and doesn't want to share. Aside of extra rooms, Hazard Course map filename being renamed, and some textures as well, is identical to V2.

Extra fixes and modifications have been made independently of that version. As for the extra zones, check https://github.com/MaestroFenix/Half-Life-Resized-Maps/issues/5

Probably for V3 and future releases, an independent Workshop addon might be done, if an agreement with Mr Lazy is not reached with in order to update his addon.

Oh I wasn't aware that these are different people, sorry lol, you should upload your addon as a more faithful version to the original
