Implement improved PS2 brushwork
The PS2 version of HL1 had not only fixes, but also it has reworked rooms and added extra detail. All the changes that weren't done due to the ( horrible PS2 ) performance ( like moving away the lounge in Office Complex ) should be recreated, especially the new start of Hazardous Course.
Note: Some maps already have implemented some fixes / brushwork / textures like in PS2, but these were done as their original issues were too big to ignore.

The fused Blast Pit map has now almost all the unique PS2 areas, but I'm not going to mark it as complete until I have the time to examine each part carefully.
Due to me being busy with other projects, this ticket might be dropped from V3, and relegated to a posterior release.
