"Disabled" banner on automations lost its highlight, and sections got a bit confusing?

The actions panel of automations got even bigger and confusing with these themes (which, other than that, are marvelous!).

Check an example below, it's a bit hard to grasp the separation between "choose" options and, mainly, what the "disabled" is about. I would suggest to add some bottom borders and bring back the background highlight on that "disabled" banner.
