Path names use browser language instead of set language upon first load

When loading pages with path filters (e.g. character page or light cone page), the names of the paths seem to get overridden with browser language setting strings (in my case, it loads and shows english for a split second before changing to Japanese). Changing the language to another language and then back to the first language via the language dropdown will cause it to update correctly.
