Some of the data in paimon.moe is extracted directly from the game in some kind of automated process, including achievements. That's why you see new achievements added with each version. The extras you noted are hidden by the game itself, but paimon.moe does no such filtering. PR #567 would fix it, but Baruna AFAIK has never accepted a PR from the community.
If you only care about wish history and achievements, there is a different project at https://stardb.gg/ which seems high quality and the dev community seems more active and responsive to members. UI-wise, I think it's inferior to paimon.moe, but the content is practically identical.
