How to recreate: Simply enter data into the input fields and watch as some notes get placed on occasion.

Also may I request a suggestion?

Allow decimal offsets, some notes are not exactly in time, even when selecting the correct BPM and the offset needs to be set to a miniscule value in order for it to be correct.
