Macro Deck 1 was available as a stand-alone portable version. Could this also be done for Macro Deck 2?

Using portable software instead of installing programs has many benefits. So a portable version would really be appreciated.

Has the portable mode been implemented (as it was removed from "To Do")? If so, what are the steps required to use it?
