File Explorer Application Focus Switch

Describe the bug Windows File Explorer is not listed in the "Automatically Switch to Folder" "on Application Focus"

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Right Click on Folder
2. Select Edit
3. Select "On Application Focus"
4. Click Dropdown, "explorer" is not listed

Expected behavior explorer should be listed
