Portable Mode

It would be really great to have the ability to set everything up to run in a single folder.

I keep my entire streaming setup in portable mode, synced on OneDrive to avoid any settings getting lost. Been loving using Macro Deck so far, but lack of portable mode is a bit limiting.

According to the code there is a portable flag "--portable" in the argumentslist. I have not yet tested if this works. By the way, this is an duplicate Ticket, see #77.
