ScheduledInstallDays not accepting values for 5.1 rc install script

When setting ScheduledInstallDays either with a mobileconfig or via the "external application" json in jamf pro, it seems like the script does not accept the value. In short, setting ScheduleDeferredStartDays = 3;

I have tried setting 3 days as well as 4 days and included a run after removing super completely. Deployment works when using another option from

--scheduled-install-reminder=minutes option requires that you also set one of the following options: --scheduled-install-days, --scheduled-install-date, or --scheduled-install-user-choice.
