Failure when running Non-System Apple Software Updates

The issue with failing non system updates like in #177 persists in 5.0.0 on machines running mac os 13.x and 14.x (Intel and Apple Silicon).

Right now my workaround is to install the Safari updates by importing them in munki and munki will install them without an issue, but this isn't how it should be with super.
