IBM Notifier screen hangs on installing Sequoia 15.3 Update

The IBM Notifier Screen popped up for 15.3 Sequoia update and I clicked on Restart Now to Install the Update, but the above image remains saying that the computer will autmatically restart very soon. I have no Applications or Documents opened (at least in the foreground).

The Log shows failed to authenticate, I checked the keychain and the entries for the admin user are correct, they worked for previous updates. Also the admin user has Secure Token enabled.

super doesn't ask to re-enter the credentials.

Using super 5.0.0 on M1 - macOS 15.2 currently installed

I'm wondering about that last line

Failed to authenticate

I just ran Super 5.0.0 on a test Mac which was on Mac OS 14.7.3 and the machine upgraded fine to Mac OS 15.3

Same problem! I also created an Issue for that. "Failed to authenticate part" I've spent a lot of time on this already... We see the same behaviour, the window just hangs for hours without doing anything.

This is an issue with Apple breaking the softwareupdate download function. I'm working on a solution in super v5.1, but it requires a significant reachitecting of the internals of the super workflow.
