[Request] Ability to deselect active module

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. There are times you do not want any modules selected on the tool. For example, a silly player may go straight for silk touch enhancement but hasn't added any other modules to the list.

Describe the solution(s) you'd like -Shift+hotkey deselects the active module -add a "no use" option on the module selection wheel
