Add requirements.txt, and fix Python code so that the classifier.py runs OK

Only missing a way to fetch the data that goes in data/ (not clear from the link in the README), but the command python classifier.py seems to work OK after a virtual env is created and these dependencies installed.

A couple missing imports in that Python file I think.
