What's memory name

Hello, I did a similar project, but I could not find the RAM model suitable for the RAM package you are using. What is the exact name of the chip you are using or can you recommend RAM models suitable for the package?

Looks fine to me, but of course I'm not inspecting every pin on the pdf.

Just look though both datasheets and see if the pins match up
