Windows: Implement `free` in `MemoryReadout`

  • Using the existing functions, the used memory is subtracted from the total, getting the amount of free memory

Just one question, are we absolutely sure that free in Windows is total - used?

From my testing, the free amount seems to match the amount in task manager (not counting the standby allocation)
