GPU enable option ffmpeg file processing

I have been preparing files with GPU and it seems good if kept in control. Issues I face, CPU still goes very high, 1 process uses 1 cpu thread. Is there a way to control? I am also preparing an adaptive packaged file at end of standard processing using mp4box for file delivery from flussonic, mp4box not problem, this uses very little cpu resources. At end I have all files for clipbucket and file ISO video file prepared for flussonic. I have built plugin to enable flussonic VOD or to disable which will enable standard .mp4 clipbucket delivery. I have also built plugin for flussonic live with EPG data upload. I have upgraded playerJS to have PiP, HLS and DASH enabled and chromecast works on all. Can you guys look at enhancement of file prep and ffmpeg GPU optional.
