Below order would be better, with current for UFO4P AND SMUR patches.  Due to this record change from UFO4P, not being included in SMU universal patch. 

It's going to be hard to group settlement mods. Mainly because their position can be somewhat dynamic, depending on the mods being used. Maybe if we have conditional grouping. But...
