I want to be able to make dashed lines that match up with striped fillers.

Eg, Seattle bike lane intersections:

Provide a visual if possible what your idea would look like

In this screenshot, there is no way to make the white lines be spaced at the ends of the green filler stripe.

Why would this idea be a good addition to IMT?

Add any other context or screenshots about the feature request here.

Would be good to be able to have lines offset similar to fillers.
