Quick Clone (Copy) of marking

Adds new copying access to Intersection Marking Tool

Requirements:

• only Alt key is pressed
• node/segment hovered
• no node/segment is selected
• for copying: node/segment must have marking

Actions:

• Primary Mouse Click - applies directly actual clipboard of marking (if no clipboard exists, does secondary action)
• Secondary Mouse Click - copy marking of hovered node to clipboard (without apply tool - rotating, inverting, ...)

New keys in localization:

• Tool_InfoCopyMarkingGet : Hold {Alt} and click {RMB} to copy marking
• Tool_InfoCopyMarkingApply : Hold {Alt} and click {LMB} to apply copied marking
