Render Issue

I'm using stable. Windows 10. Whenever I zoom out a decent amount, the markings disappear. I've previously set the LOD and render distance to 1000000, and nothing changed, not even lags. To reproduce: just download the mod and the required additional mods, no conflicting mods, launch the game, regular settings for the mod, render distance 100000 and LOD distance 10000, make some markings.

Same here. They disappear at the distance where the street names disappear, no matter what render and lod distance is set.
