If it is possible it would be awesome to be able to custom select the positions of the start and end-points for Line Rules anywhere along the line, rather than being restricted to just those points where another line crosses it.

Why would this idea be a good addition to IMT?
This would be a great addition because it would allow us to create a number of RL road marking that presently we either can't make at all, or we have to create new segments to do.
