Lines Do Not Appear

Problem When attempting to draw markings, nothing appears: no lines, no fill, nothing. No amount of changing settings can fix this.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Subscribe to the Mod
2. Disable overlapping markings option in game
3. Attempt to draw lines for any junction

Expected behavior Expected a line to appear when drawing the markings

Additional information Cannot find any information elsewhere relating to this issue or how to fix it.

Hi, I have subscribed to Harmony and have none of the conflicting Mods. I can't find any further information about possible conflicts or dependencies which may be causing this.
