Selecting line instead of removing it on reselect

Currently trying to create a line in place of an existing line removes it (with a dialog). I think it would be an improvement if it selected the existing line in the lines list. As it is now, looking for an existing line in a complex intersection is just a pain.

If you prefer not to change the current behavior, there could be a button, which enables the proposed behavior. Alternatively, you could just add a setting that toggles between the current and proposed behavior.

Why would this idea be a good addition to IMT?

This change would make it easier to edit existing lines by removing the need to search for them in the list. It would still make it possible to remove the line quickly because that can also be done on the list.
