Add Lane Edditing

Hi MacSergey,

I'm not able to compile code, but I have an idea to extend this tool for editing lanes. First test will be to lane inversion of connected segments to node. If It will work I can continue on this task to make it more usable.

(If is possible to add help to setup workspace, I'll accept it and then I can test my changes directly)

I have partially found way to debug the code and now I know this pull request must be closed, because of errors. Also I have found interesting thing, that I'm now testing, hopefully it works.
