Bug: Pillars thrown off of network on raised roads when using "Arrange to Line Mode."

Pillars get knocked off from their nodes after applying Arrange to Line.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Select Arrange to Line mode.
2. Select nodes.
3. Hit enter.

Expected Behavior. Pillars should remain in constant position with nodes when Arrange to Line is applied.
