Add support for UHA

Maybe digging in to some Windows apps that deal with odd algorithms like UHA and KGB
would reveal some 
clues. Maybe they are licensed, but SOMEONE has to have the specification!  Wish I
could help. But in any case 
it might be worth your while as presently the Mac compression schemes are limited to
the popular names.

Well, I do want to add support for anything that is or has been in use, but without
any clues it would be a great 
deal of work.
