regionDidExit not firing during Ranging

Steps to reproduce

  1. start Monitoring and after start Ranging on the same region.

Expected behavior

We expect that regionDidExit fires after 30 seconds we went out of region. ( This works well if we don't start Ranging )

Actual behavior

What is happening regionDidExit event not fires.
