Support for broadcast beacon

Any plans to add support for broadcast beacon? Do you aware of any module which supports broadcast beacon for both iOS and Android? I saw this, but doesn't support android

Not sure wether I will put it inside this lib or create another.

Beacon broadcasting is another thing: a lot of parameter like beacon type (iBeacon, Eddystone, Nordic...), signal strength....

Anyway, I focus right now on this lib since there are a lot to do (adding Eddystone, Nordic beacons, improve documentations...).

But I want like you a lib to simulate beacon for both, so if nobody created one the time I finish this one so I will take care of it.
