Option to start with the Preview Pane only.

It would be nice if I could setup macdown to start with the Preview Pane only, when opening an existing markdown file.

This would be a great feature. Since macdown could be a good replacement for Marked. After hiding the editor pane the only thing I've noticed so far is that you can't use find in the preview pane.

While it's technically possible to write alias things, the average user is either using open ... or Finder.app.
