Feature request: Support "strike-through"

In extended markdown (as supported by Github), ~~xxxx~~ is supposed to render as "strike-through". It would be gread if MacDown could support this.

You can enable strike-through in the settings.

Thank you! I was not aware that this has to be explicitly turned on. It works.
